Does YourFinancialDummy.com provide clients with additional services not posted on the website or do special projects? Yes, we do special projects, assuming it’s business and/or financial related. We also provide “Special Business Package’s” to clients, because we realize some clients do not need a complete Business Plan.
Will I need to sign a contract? An invoice will be signed by both parties to ensure payment(s) are made and services are provided.
If I live in South Florida, can we discuss the business plan in person? Yes, we provide clients in South Florida with one free meeting, in person. Additional meetings can be arranged for additional fees (based upon travel expenses).
What are the payment methods and processes? The only virtual payment method provided is by credit card, via PayPal. Local clients, living in South Florida, may pay using PayPal, cash, or a check. All service packages require a 50%-75% deposit for initiation.
What is your refund policy? Due to the extensive amount of work and research involved in creating a business plan, a refund is ONLY given if we fail to complete the services that we mutually agreed upon.
What is your revision policy? After the final draft is sent to you, we will provide you with two additional revision request. Afterwards, additional revisions will be completed for an additional fee (fees vary accordingly).
